Multi Accounts

Payouts

If we accidentally credit your account with funds that don’t belong to you, due to a mistake or technical error, we’ll take that money back. If you’ve already withdrawn it before we notice, you’ll be required to return it, as it’s legally owed to us. Please let us know right away if this happens.

Deposits

To start placing bets or playing for real money, you’ll need to add funds to your account. You can do this online using a debit or credit card, e-wallet, bank transfer, or any of the other methods listed on the “Deposit” page of our website. Just keep in mind that cash or checks aren’t accepted, and some deposit methods might not be available in certain countries.
We accept payments in several different currencies. If you send a deposit in a currency that’s not the same as your account currency, we’ll automatically convert it at the current exchange rate. Any fees or exchange charges that apply are your responsibility.

To help prevent money laundering, any deposit you make must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw it. If specific wagering requirements apply to a bonus or promotion, those must also be fulfilled before making a withdrawal.
We only allow deposits from accounts, cards, or wallets that belong to the account holder. Deposits made by third parties are not allowed. If we detect such a deposit, all winnings from it will be voided and returned to us. The original deposit will be refunded to the rightful owner, and if there are any bank fees for the return, they’ll be covered by the receiver. As for daily limits, you can deposit between 995,5 INR and 298,650 INR per day.

Withdrawals

When requesting your first withdrawal, we’ll need to verify your identity. This includes a copy of your ID, proof of address, bank statement, and photos of your credit card, showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, with the rest and the CVV/CVC code hidden. You’ll also need to provide proof that you own any payment method you’ve used. Depending on the withdrawal method, we may ask for additional documents.
We may update the limits for individual payment systems without prior notice. Keep an eye on the cashier section for the latest details.
Before we process your withdrawal request, you must meet any wagering requirements tied to your deposit or bonuses. Funds marked as “Bonus” or those locked in an unfinished game cannot be withdrawn.
We also require that you wager at least the amount of your most recent deposit before requesting a withdrawal. For example, if you deposit 995,5 INR, you must wager at least this amount before you can take any money out. The minimum amount you can withdraw is 497,75 INR.
Withdrawal requests are usually processed within two banking days. However, delays may happen based on your chosen payment method, account checks, or holidays.
To keep things secure, we only allow withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits. If you try to withdraw using a different account, we might cancel the request and close your account. You also can’t withdraw more than your current account balance.
Withdrawals are processed through your selected method in the “Withdraw” section, using the same payment route you used to deposit. If a withdrawal is cancelled, either by you or by our security service, the funds go back to your account balance, and you’re free to use them again. We’re not responsible for any money lost if you continue playing after a cancelled withdrawal.
Since all our products are used instantly during gameplay, we can’t offer refunds or cancel a particular product. Once you start playing with real money, that amount is immediately deducted from your balance.
You can withdraw up to 149,325 INR in 24 hours, up to 995,500 INR per week, and no more than 4,977,500 INR per 30 days — unless we’ve made special arrangements with you. If your total winnings go over 4,977,500 INR, we may split the payout into monthly instalments of 4,977,500 INR or less. Progressive jackpot wins, however, will be paid in full.
We may also ask for additional identity checks before finalising a withdrawal, especially for larger amounts. Only one withdrawal request per method may be submitted every 24 hours.

Account Closure

You’re free to close your account at any time. If you decide to do so, request a withdrawal of your remaining balance, minus any applicable withdrawal fees. First, make sure to cancel any open bets, and then contact our customer support team to process the closure. If you’re closing your account due to concerns about gambling behaviour, please let us know.
The method we use to return your remaining balance will be decided by us. We may also close your account at our discretion and refund your available balance, minus any relevant charges. We don’t have to give you prior notice or a specific reason for this.
If you’ve received a bonus but haven’t used it within a month, we reserve the right to cancel it. If we detect fraud, we may refuse to process your withdrawal, suspend your account, and hold the funds.
We regularly review player activity. If someone is found to be abusing bonuses by consistently taking advantage of promotions without genuine gameplay, we may classify them as fraudsters. In that case, any bonuses and winnings will be voided, and the account may be suspended with no payouts made.

Personal Information

We respect your privacy and handle your private data in line with applicable data protection laws. Any information you share with us is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and stored.

Suspicious Activity

In case we notice any unusual activity, like signs of fraud or potential money laundering, Almabet has the right to freeze or close the affected accounts. In serious cases, we might also notify the proper regulatory or legal authorities. When this happens, any remaining balance in the account, including deposits and winnings, may be withheld.
We take fair play seriously. If someone is found to be working with others to gain an unfair advantage, we can disable their account and take away all funds involved. Fraudulent actions like hiding your real location with VPNs or proxies, or placing bets for someone else, are also against the rules. If we discover this kind of behaviour, we may lock the account right away and cancel all balances. We also reserve the right to report these activities to banks, credit card companies, or other relevant authorities. Legal steps might also be taken if necessary.

Duties

A printed version of these terms, or any notices we’ve sent electronically, can be used as evidence in legal or administrative proceedings, just like any other juridical document created in print. In the event of any differences between language versions of the content, the English version of the website will take priority.

Promotional Terms and Conditions

Bonuses and Bonus Money

Sports Betting Rules

Before a game starts, Almabet may cancel all or part of a bet at its discretion, without needing to give you a reason. After the game has started, the platform still holds the right to cancel bets if there’s a valid reason, like:

  • An obvious error in the event details, odds, or start time;
  • Attempts to bypass payout or risk limits by placing similar bets or using multiple accounts;
  • Taking advantage of insider or early information;
  • Combining bets that are logically related;
  • Direct involvement in the event, such as being a player, referee, or coach;
  • A technical error on the website;
  • Any other valid reason that will be explained upon request.

If the event’s venue changes, all bets may be voided. The same applies if there are major changes to the format of the event, such as changes in race length, game duration, or number of periods.
Winnings are added to your account once the final result is confirmed. A market is considered settled once the outcome is decided. If that doesn’t happen during the event, Almabet may still settle it afterwards based on available results, assuming the match ended within its standard playing time, unless otherwise specified. For specific bet types:

  • Goalscorer bets – if someone scores before the match is abandoned, First Goalscorer bets count. Others like Last Goalscorer may be void;
  • Head-to-Head bets – these compare two players. If both finish equally, the bet is void;
  • Outright bets – these cover events with 3+ participants. If someone doesn’t participate, the odds on others are adjusted. If there’s a tie, odds are split evenly unless a winner is named by official stats;
  • Booking markets – yellow cards count as 1 point, red cards as 2. Two yellows turning into a red equals 3 cards. Cards shown after full time or to non-participating players (e.g., substitutes) don’t count;
  • Booking points – yellow = 10 points, Red = 25 points. A second yellow leading to a red counts only as 25 points. A single player can’t score more than 35 booking points;
  • Corners – only taken corners are counted;
  • Intervals – a time interval like 1–15 min includes everything from 00:01 to 15:00. The final time interval always extends to the end of the game.

Bets placed by people directly involved in an event, such as players, coaches, or club officials, are not allowed, as well as bets placed through bookmakers or agents. If someone violates this rule, we may cancel all associated bets and withhold winnings or stakes. The platform isn’t responsible for knowing your background, but we will take necessary action if it finds out.
